Al Mamlaka UK Limited is fully insured, and copies of our insurance policies are available upon request.
Employers’ Liability
We hold legal liability insurance covering bodily injury, illness, or disease sustained by any employee during the course of their employment. Our policy provides coverage up to £10,000,000 per occurrence, including associated legal costs.
Public & Products Liability
This covers legal liability for third-party injury or death, as well as damage to third-party property arising from our business operations. The indemnity limit is £10,000,000 per incident, with unlimited coverage within any policy year. This also includes coverage under the principals clause.
Contractors All Risks
Covers all individual contracts carried out within the UK. This policy includes a hired-in plant liability limit of £1,000,000.

We consider customer service an essential component of our quality and environmental standards. All employees receive appropriate training to understand the impact of their role on service quality and environmental performance.
To ensure continuous improvement, our management system is subject to regular review by Top Management, and is audited both internally and externally on an annual basis to confirm its ongoing suitability and effectiveness.
